Warranty & Return Policy

Overview

We stand behind every product we sell. This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities for all orders, including those fulfilled from our international (China-based) warehouse.

Warranty Coverage

All products are covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, we will make it right.

China Warehouse Orders

Some of our products are fulfilled from our China-based warehouse through our fulfillment partner. Please be aware of the following:

  • Shipping Time: Orders fulfilled from China typically arrive within 7–20 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to reflect movement after the order is picked up.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in original packaging
  • Item is defective or arrived damaged
  • Item received does not match the description or photos

Please note: Due to the nature of international fulfillment, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind) on China-warehouse orders unless the item is defective.

How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim

  1. Email us at Nuvokix@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions or issue a replacement/refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
